Where are SAMARIE pieces made?

All SAMARIE handbags are crafted in the United States in small batches by skilled artisans dedicated to precision and detail.

THE FRAME is produced through a specialized overseas manufacturer that we selected for their exceptional metalworking quality, durability standards and consistency.

 

We only partner with facilities that meet our requirments for responsible production and premium craftsmanship.

What materials do you use?

We use full-grain embossed leather, custom-cast hardware and luxury Bengaline lining — chosen for longevity, refinement, and texture.

How long is shipping?

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days with complimentary U.S. shipping.

Does THE FRAME work for all bags?

Yes — THE FRAME is engineered to support most handbags and protect them from floors and surfaces.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.  Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging (dust bag, velvet pouch, drawer box, inserts).

 

Due to our small-batch production process, all approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking and quality-control fee.

Items returned with missing or damaged packaging may incur an additional fee or may be deemed ineligible.

 

Refunds are issued once your item passes inspection.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
