Refund policy

At SAMARIE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy for our handbags.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Handbags must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@samarie.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for sending back your item.
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is received.
  • Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@samarie.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Additional Information:

  • SAMARIE is not responsible for return shipping costs or any loss or damage incurred during the return shipment.
